1. Purebred Chick Orders & Reservations

All reservations for purebred poultry and newly hatched chicks must be confirmed in advance. Our hatchery operates on a strict, precise breeding schedule to ensure the highest quality and biological health of every bird. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it reserves a specific batch of chicks for your flock.

Cancellations must be made prior to the incubation phase. Once the hatching process has begun for your specific purebred order, reservations cannot be canceled or refunded due to the delicate nature of live poultry breeding.

2. Health & Welfare Guarantee

We guarantee that all chicks leave our hatchery facility in excellent health and vitality. Because live purebred poultry requires immediate and careful handling, buyers must follow our provided chick-care guidelines immediately upon collection.

Our responsibility for the chicks' welfare transfers entirely to the buyer upon departure from the hatchery. We cannot be held liable for health issues arising from improper housing, inadequate temperature control, or incorrect feeding practices once the chicks have left our care.

3. Collection & Hatchery Logistics

Chicks must be collected directly from our hatchery on the scheduled hatch date. Delayed collection strictly impacts the welfare of the birds and disrupts our ongoing hatchery operations.

Please ensure you arrive with appropriate, well-ventilated transport boxes specifically designed for live poultry. If proper transport equipment is not present, we reserve the right to withhold the release of the chicks to ensure their safety and welfare.
